Our Story

From Spain to Dubai — Two Decades of Professional IT Recommerce

KLARO started with a simple observation: Dubai's IT equipment market was dominated by scrap dealers and informal buyers — companies that paid little, offered no documentation, and gave no guarantees on data security.

Mihai Rusu spent 24 years building one of Spain's leading refurbished IT companies, InfoComputer, founded in 2005. After two decades of selling to corporate clients across Europe under strict GDPR compliance, the gap in Dubai's market was obvious.

In 2026, Mihai and his co-founder David launched KLARO under Digio FZ Co — bringing the same level of transparency, certified data erasure, and fair pricing that European companies expect, to UAE's growing IT equipment market.
